After the new connection services has been enjoyed by the member-consumer and after accomplishing all the requirements has been satisfied, he/she may in need of additional services.

• How to apply for ADDITIONAL CONNECTION?

  Any person, firm, association, corporation or body politic or subdivision thereof may become a member of ZAMSURECO II by filing a written application for membership therein, agreeing to avail from the cooperative's electricity services, agreeing to comply with an be bound by the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of the cooperative, any rules and regulations adopted by the Board, and the requirements of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), paying the memberhip fee of Php 5.00 provided however, that no person, firm, association, corporation or body politic or subdivision therof shall become a member unless and until membership has been accepted by the board.

  Membership in the cooperative shall be evidenced by a memberhip certificate which shall be in such form and shall be signed by President and by the Secretary of the Cooperative and the corporate seal shall be affixed thereto and/or member's identification card duly signed by the President and the Secretary.

  "No member may hold more than one membership in the cooperative, and no membership in the cooperative shall be transferable, except as provided in the Coop By-Laws."

  ZAMSURECO II is committed to serving as my households and businesses possible. But before we bring services to respective homes and establishments, there are requirements involving laws, safety rules and policies that applicants should have to meet.




• Who can avail the additional Connection?

  1. When you are risiding within the franchise area of ZAMSURECO II.
  2. When you have already existing connection.



• Qualifications

  1. Member of Zamsureco II.



• Requirements

  1. Certification of full payment of errears of the existing connection/KWH Meter.
  2. Photocopy of valid I.D.
  3. Barangay Clearance
  4. Wiring Job Order/Electrical Plan.
  5. Municipal Certification (Ipil, Naga, Titay, R.T. Lim, Tungawan, Siay, Buug, Siocon).
  6. Proof of Ownership
  7. Bill Deposit
